Affiliate Terms and Conditions (Alternative Behavioral Therapy, Inc.)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program offered by Alternative Behavioral Therapy, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us") for promoting and selling qEEG courses through Systeme.io. By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not participate.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: The Company only accepts affiliates over 18 years old. We restrict participation to mature individuals capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of promoting business-related content. Any affiliate who does not meet this criterion will be immediately removed from the Program upon notification.

Article 2: Enrollment

Any participation in the Affiliate Program via the Company's sign-up link (e.g., https://systeme.io/?sa=sa0242700519247aca6cd5cab7b587e05044b664a3 or a designated landing page) implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 3: Commission

Commissions are indicated as a 50% rate on net sales (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks) from referred customers, tracked via Systeme.io. The commission rate is subject to change, but the rate applied will be that in effect at the time of the sale.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is processed through Systeme.io, with a minimum payout of $30 and a 30-day delay from the end of the sale month to prevent fraud. Payouts are made via wire transfer or PayPal, with PayPal automation available after 25 affiliate invoices; otherwise, manual payouts apply. All payments are subject to Systeme.io's validation of sales.

Article 5: Promotion

Promotion is made through the unique affiliate links provided by Systeme.io. Affiliates are responsible for driving traffic to the Company's sales funnels, with risks associated with promotion efforts borne by the Affiliate from the date links are shared.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, Affiliates have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them. The Company declares all files to the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to data collection for Program management. Affiliates will not receive customer data, and visibility of referred contacts is disabled.

Article 8: Affiliate Standards and Commission Finality

Affiliates must maintain ethical promotion standards. Self-promotion, unauthorized promotions, or content deemed inappropriate by the Company or its contractors is prohibited, at the Company's sole discretion. Commissions are final upon validation by Systeme.io, subject to a 30-day delay. Disputes should be raised within 30 days; no adjustments will be made thereafter unless required by law.

  • A willingness to correct and/or redo content to keep it to the highest standard.

  • Unlimited Access to the content with no expiration date.

  • Free updates when content is renewed.

  • Establish Continuing Education (CE) credit for course (partial progress through the NBCC already).
